PUBLIC RECORDS GENERAL INFORMATION:
Effective January 1, 2017, the Massachusetts Public Records Law, G.L. c. 66 and c. 4, Section 7(26) provides that a municipality must, within 10 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays), respond to a request for records by providing access to or a copy of such records, or explaining any delay or denial. The following information is given here to assist members of the public who are seeking access to public records in the custody of the Town of Foxborough.

BUSINESS HOURS:
Regular business hours for the Town of Foxborough are Monday through Thursday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. Friday hours 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. Tuesday evenings 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
