House Plaque Program:
Celebrating Foxborough’s Historic Homes

Every home has a story. Foxborough's House Plaque Program celebrates the history, people, and moments that shaped our community. Homeowners of eligible properties can receive a custom plaque that showcases their home’s original owner, occupation, and construction date. It’s a simple yet meaningful way to connect with local history and bring it to life for others.

Since its creation in 2000, this program has highlighted more than 275 properties across Foxborough, with construction dates ranging from 1759 to 1948.

In 2025, the program marked its 25th anniversary, a milestone that reflects decades of local research and community participation.
