Board of Health Applications and Permitting

Applicants are strongly encouraged to apply for a permit through our online permitting software, Permiteyes.  Applying online allows for faster and easier processing of your permit.  Should you encounter any difficulties using the software or require a paper application, please reach out to the Foxborough Health Department staff at 508-543-1207.
