With only a few exceptions, applicants are able to apply for a permit through our online permitting software, Permiteyes.  We strongly encourage all applicants to apply online for faster and easier processing of your permit.  Should you encounter any difficulties using the software, please reach out to the Foxborough Health Department staff at 508-543-1207.
