Please be advised, a sanitary sewer overflow (SSO) was discovered by Town staff on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at approximately 11AM. Start time of the overflow is unknown, but could have began as early as Friday, May 24, 2024. The overflow situation was resolved and obstruction removed by 1:41 PM on the same day [5/29]. The discharge source was from an overflowing sewer manhole (TS-45507) which is located in the wooded area between 25 Foxborough Boulevard and the roadway. The affected area was the immediate ground surface and an adjacent isolated wetland. There are no known connected water bodies or streams. Avoid contact with this area for 48 hours after the discharge or overflow ceases due to increased health risks from bacteria and other pollutants.
