What Payments Can I Make Online?

The Town of Foxborough offers online bill payment through its safe and secure partner Invoice Cloud. Payments may be made via ACH (electronic checking) or by credit card. There is NO FEE for ACH transactions; There is a fee for credit card transactions.

Note- only current bills may be paid online. If the due date for timely payment has passed, you will not be able to pay your bill here.

What Are The Costs?

ACH (ELECTRONIC TRANSFER): Pay Foxborough directly from your checking or savings account. Each bill paid is considered a separate transaction and there is NO FEE.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS: We accept MasterCard®, Discover®, American Express® and VISA®. If you are using a debit card, it will be treated as a credit card payment and it will have the same charges associated with credit card payments. VISA is available for tax payments only. The convenience fee for using a credit card is approximately 3% of the payment, except for payments under $100 where the convenience fee will range from approximately $1 to 4 dollars. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

A payment calculator is located at the bottom of the Registration page. You do not need to register to use the payment calculator simply click the ‘First Time User’ link, select Foxborough as your biller and scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Show Payment Calculator”. Select your payment type and enter the amount of your payment to calculate the fee, as applicable.
