Mission Statement:
The mission of the Procurement Department is to provide the departments within the Town of Foxborough contracts to obtain the goods and services they need to operate efficiently through an open, transparent and competitive bidding process. An open and transparent procurement process will increase competitiveness and ultimately result in lower prices for the goods and services being processed. It is the vision of the department to develop contracts for the majority of the Town’s needs either through Town bids or in partnerships with collaborative purchasing groups. This will allow the Town’s departments to reduce the number of emergency purchases and create greater efficiency in operations.

The Town is seeking quotes, proposals, and / or bids for the following projects. Please locate projects to the lefthand side of the screen under the "Procurement" section. To access the documents, registration will be required.

(Active) -- Invitation for Bids - Chestnut Street PFAS Water Treatment Plant: The Town is seeking bids from experienced, qualified contractors for the construction of the Chestnut Street PFAS Water Treatment Plant. See legal notice by clicking on the "PFAS Treatment Plant" folder to the left under Procurement. The work is estimated to cost $9,000,000. Bid documents shall be available online at Projects Out to Bid - Tighe & Bond (tighebond.com). Sealed bids from subcontractors will be received until 10:00 a.m. on July 9, 2024 and sealed bids from general contractors will be received until 10:00 a.m. on July 25, 2024.

(Active) -- Request for Quotes - Payson Field Irrigation System: The Town is seeking quotes from experienced, qualified contractors to design, purchase, and install a new irrigation system for Payson Field located at approximately 35 Payson Road, Foxborough, MA 02035. All interested vendors can access the procurement documents by clicking on the "RFQ Payson Field Irrigation System" folder to the left under Procurement. Please note interested parties will be required to register in order to access information. All quotes and supporting documentation will be received until 9:00 am July 17, 2024.

(Active) -- Invitation for Bids - Cocasset Sidewalk Improvements: The Town is seeking bids from experienced, qualified, and responsible contractors for the construction of approximately 1,300 linear feet of sidewalk on Cocasset Street between Station 05+51 and Station 23+51, or approximately between 96 and 132 Cocasset Street. All interested vendors can access the procurement documents by clicking on the "IFB Cocasset Sidewalk Improvements" folder to the left under Procurement. Please note interested parties will be required to register in order to access information. Sealed bids will be received until 10:00 AM on July 24, 2024.
