Mission Statement:
The mission of the Procurement Department is to provide the departments within the Town of Foxborough contracts to obtain the goods and services they need to operate efficiently through an open, transparent and competitive bidding process. An open and transparent procurement process will increase competitiveness and ultimately result in lower prices for the goods and services being processed. It is the vision of the department to develop contracts for the majority of the Town’s needs either through Town bids or in partnerships with collaborative purchasing groups. This will allow the Town’s departments to reduce the number of emergency purchases and create greater efficiency in operations.

- (Active) -- Request for Qualifications - Prequalification Process of General and Filed Sub-Bid Trade Contractors for Oak Street PFAS Water Treatment Plant Upgrades: The Town is seeking Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from experienced, qualified contractors and subcontractors for the Oak Street PFAS Water Treatment Plant Upgrades located at 11 Samson Road. See Legal notice by clicking on the "Oak St PFAS WTP Upgrades Project PreQual" folder to the left under Procurement. Filed Sub-Bid categories invited include masonry; miscellaneous metals and ornamental iron; roofing and flashing; waterproofing, damp-proofing, and caulking; metal windows; painting; plumbing; heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning; and electrical work. Request for Qualification (RFQ) and Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) documents shall be available online at https://www.tighebond.com/projects-out-to-bid/ starting Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at 8:00 AM. Proposal and other procurement documents will be available starting Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 10:00 AM. The property is being sold “as-is”. No site visit or walkthrough shall be held.
