Foxborough COA/HS Vaccine Survey

As Massachusetts begins rolling out vaccinations, the Foxborough Council on Aging/Human Services Department is polling Foxborough residents on their willingness to be vaccinated and the impact COVID 19 has had on their daily lives. These questions are anonymous and results will be used for planning for future Senior and Human Service events, activities, and services.
