COA/HS Senior Center and/or Community Center Building Feasibility Study

Good afternoon,

         As you may know, at the November 2019 Special Town Meeting, the residents of Foxborough voted in favor (188 to 10) of "funding a Council on Aging/Human Services Senior Center and/or Community Center Building Feasibility Study". Late last Winter, Bargmann Hendrie + Archetype Inc, was selected as the firm to conduct a new building Feasibility Study. As with many aspects of our lives, Covid-19 placed a temporary pause on this study. Today, I am pleased to share the first major step in the Building Feasibility Process, this community survey, https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/FoxboroughSC . If you, or someone you know, would like a paper survey please visit the Foxborough Senior Center. 

        We will be accepting surveys until Friday November 27th, at which point the survey will be closed. The Feasibility Study will continue with many steps throughout the winter including other public engagement opportunities. We hope to finalize this study with a presentation to the Town and the Board of Selectmen in the late spring.
