The Southeastern Massachusetts Emergency Communications Center provides Emergency 911 Police, Fire and EMS dispatch and communications to the communities of Easton, Foxborough, Mansfield and Norton.

Community Information
Easton is situated on Routes 138, 123 and 106 and is home to Stonehill College  and a  vibrant industrial park. Easton’s history includes Borderland State Park with 20 miles of hiking trails and borders the  bustling City of Brockton.

Foxborough is the home of  Gillette Stadium, and Patriot Place, along with 1800 acres of state forest   It is situated on Routes 140, 1, 95, 495, 106 and 115 and  with a Mass Freight rail line and a Northeast Corridor rail line.  

Mansfield houses a municipal airport a large industrial park and the Xfinity center and Mansfield Crossing, a retail destination.  Situated on Routes 495, 95, 106 and 140, Mansfield has a busy commuter rail station along the Northeast Corridor rail line as well as Mass Freight rail line.

Norton is situated along Routes 495, 140 and 123 is home to Wheaton College and the TPC Boston Dell Technologies Golf Championship.  Norton borders the two busy cities of Attleboro and Taunton and is active with Bristol County control, which will also be absorbed into SEMRECC.

With an anticipated opening date of July 2019, the Center will be located in the Town of Mansfield with a staff of 25+.
